Welcome to Poplar Hill

 

Since 1956 the Poplar Hill Association (PHA) has represented the several hundred residents that call Poplar Hill home.  Our community, located in the very northern portion of Baltimore City, is a special place.  Poplar Hill is known for its beauty with wooded grounds, historic homes, and convenient access to schools, shopping, and parks with easy commutes to downtown.

Throughout the year, your Poplar Hill Association advocates for our neighborhood and for the betterment of Baltimore City.  Our members are provided frequent e-mail updates on community activities, issues, and concerns. Additional information and contacts can be found on this website.

The Poplar Hill Association is open to all who live in the Poplar Hill neighborhood. We rely on member dues to support the programs of the association.

Payment instructions are sent at the beginning of the year. You may pay by check, cash, or with PayPal.

The minimum dues amount is $45.
